Workshops
From time to time, Elestial offers workshops in healing, working with crystals, working with Tarot and also meditation and rest & re-creation retreats.

Elestial Retreats
These retreats are held at Saddle Creek Farm, Reikiorangi Valley and each runs from Friday 4.30 p.m. to Sunday 4.00 p.m. They offer an opportunity for self renewal, self awareness and group interaction to the extent that you are comfortable with. These retreats are popular and fill up fast, so please make your bookings early.
Meditation Retreat

Winter Solstice Rest and Recreation Retreat
Winter - a time of turning inwards to connect to self, soul, other levels of consciousness and the wider source. This retreat is normally a Meditation retreat. A little different this year it will be a Rest and Recreation Retreat and the Meditation Retreat will be at Spring Equinox.

Reiki Classes
Reiki Level One
For all who feel they are ready to bring the healing arts into their consciousness. Reiki is the energy of Pure Love.
Reiki 1 encompasses an attunement to help you raise your vibration and carry more light and more love; the teaching of the hand-positions for self healing and the hand positions for working with others; the principles of Reiki; and how to work with the Reiki energy in everyday life.

Reiki Two
For those who have completed Reiki 1 and are now ready to work consciously with the symbols for themselves and others.

Cost: $180
Reiki Master Practitioner.
For those who have completed Reiki 1 and 2 and wish to become Reiki Master Practitioners. These classes include the Master Attunement, and the teaching of higher levels of Reiki Healing. There are at least 3 maybe 4 fornightly sessions.

Time: 7.30 pm - 9.30pm
Cost: $300 ( May be paid in installments)
Reiki Master Teacher
For those who have completed Reiki 1, 2 and Master Practitioner and feel they are ready to take the next step. There are at least 6 sessions of 2 hours, fortnightly, plus assisting at Reiki 1,2 and Master Practitioner classes.
Cost: $600 (May be paid in installments)

Tarot Classes
Tarot for beginners
Have you always been interested in Tarot, but not sure how to get started? If you have started to work with the tarot and want to learn more, or just wonder what Tarot is all about - then this workshop could be for you.
This two-day workshop will introduce you to the Major Arcana, the Minor Arcana (and what these words mean!) and how these all work together in the Tarot framework. We will explore different layouts for readings and discuss the differences in Tarot decks. All of this will be done in an atmosphere of fun that reveals your innate wisdom that working with Tarot can enhance.
If you have Tarot cards, great - bring them with you. If you don't yet have a deck come and use one of mine to help you decide what deck is the right one for you.

The continuing story. Delving deeper into the mysteries of the Tarot and your intuition and practising putting it all together in a reading.

NURTURING DAY
CHANGE OF DATE - Now SUNDAY 18th APRIL
When : Sunday, 18 April, 2010 ; 9.30am – 4.30pm
Where : Community Centre, Ngahina St, Paraparaumu.
Cost : $30. + Food to share for lunch.
Purpose : A day for Practitioners to Nurture and be Nurtured.
This day is for you to share your modality/talent/reading/massage/gift with others and also receive. If your modality has healing/spiritual/alternative content then you are welcome.
It is a day for those who have been practicing for awhile and those just starting on the journey.
This is an opportunity for you to:
* give two 50 minute sessions
* receive two 50 minute sessions.
* network out your flyers and promote your modality.
* meet others of like mind working to shine the light.
Process :
Register your commitment to attend, preferably with an email (see below)
Provide a clear description of what you are offering to give on the day ie. Reiki; Indian Head Massage (max 10 words)
Pay Non-refundable Registration Fee* of $30; preferably to Bank Account: 06 0730 0134406 25 – clearly identify yourself or send cheque to Elestial, 6 Wharemauku Rd, Raumati
About three weeks before the day, you will receive a list of what services are being offered and also more information about the day – what to bring etc.

The Wheel of Life (No 2 in the series)
Shamanism teachers us that everything that exists is alive and has a spirit. That we are joined with the earth and all off life via our spiritual interconnectedness. Quantum Physics describes a field of energy that connects all life, shamans also speak of a web of life that connects everything.
By working with the aspects of the Medicine Wheel, the Wheel of Life, the directions, the elements, the attitudes we can see that everything fits within the wheel.
